Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Costs

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. Orders placed after 12 PM PST on Friday or on weekends will begin processing on the next business day.

3. Domestic Shipping

4. International Shipping

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery on the carrier's website.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Tummy Control Swim Dress is not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

We will do our best to assist you in tracking delayed packages, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates once the package has left our facility.

7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses

We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these orders will be shipped via USPS only.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at support@tummycontrolswimdress.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost packages, or within 7 days of delivery for damaged packages. Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

9. Restricted Countries

We do not ship to countries that are subject to U.S. export restrictions or sanctions. If your country is on such a list, your order will be canceled and refunded.
